COOK REQUIRED

Threeways Roadhouse is located on the corner of the Stuart and Barkly Highways, 25 Km north of Tennant Creek. We offer a range of dining experience – from Ala Carte to Banquet.
Our facility has 35 rooms, 65 powered camping spots, a licensed Bar and a Fuel Station.

We are seeking a Qualified Cook to fill the position of a line Chef,

Job responsibilities include:
• Cooking both hot and cold dishes (pan experience a must),
• Prepare foods to the specifications of the customer
• Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
• Operate various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, grill, stand mixer
• Estimate expected food consumption and organise preparation
• Clean food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy.

Skills and Qualifications required
• A minimum of Cert 3 in cookery
• At least 2 years of relevant experience

This position is permanent full-time role, working 38 hours per week.
Salary is negotiable + Superannuation.
