An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to oversee the food operations of a leading hospitality venue in Alice Springs. This role offers a dynamic mix of multi-outlet leadership, hands-on service, and large-scale function delivery.

The Role
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading and mentoring a brigade of 35 chefs across multiple outlets, each supported by a dedicated Sous Chef. The successful candidate will be an energetic and hands-on leader, equally comfortable guiding their team as they are stepping into service when required.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day food operations across multiple restaurants and outlets
  • Providing guidance, training, and support to kitchen teams
  • Maintaining consistency and quality of food service and presentation
  • Leading large-scale functions and events for up to 400-500 guests
  • Driving innovation and collaboration within the culinary team

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef within a high-volume or multi-outlet environment
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire a large team
  • Hands-on approach with the flexibility to support in service when required
  • Demonstrated experience with functions and large-scale event catering
  • Commitment to delivering consistent quality and upholding food safety standards
