About the role
Karratha needs a leading local Publican!
Lead one of Karratha's best and longest-established venues as the Venue Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our premier hospitality venue in the heart of this vital regional hub. This is a hands-on role that inspires and develops a team of hospitality professionals, requiring a commitment to service excellence, training and customer relations.
What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee venue operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, financial reporting, and health and safety compliance. The Warlu Way Group resources will support you.
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellent customer service
Implement and maintain group systems and procedures to optimise venue efficiency and profitability. The Warlu Way Group resources will support you.
Proactively identify and address any operational issues or concerns to ensure a seamless customer experience
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies that drive a positive experience. The Warlu Way Group resources will support you.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, local authorities, and the local community
What we're looking for
Substantial experience (3+ years) in a venue management role within the hospitality industry
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong work ethic and commitment to staff, customers and the business
Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
