The Role

They are seeking a driven and technically confident Senior Bookkeeper to step into a key role within the Outsourced Accounting team. You'll play an important part in delivering value to a wide range of clients while also mentoring junior team members. Beyond compliance, you'll be involved in process improvement and cloud system optimisation projects, ensuring clients have the best tools and solutions in place.

What You'll Bring

Accounting qualification ideal, with 3+ years' experience managing a client portfolio

Proven ability to review and oversee the work of junior accountants

Strong technical expertise with cloud-based accounting platforms - particularly Xero and MYOB

Familiarity with add-ons highly regarded

Knowledge of payroll processing and employment legislation across different industries

Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Australian bookkeeping experience, ideally in a professional services environment
• Ongoing working rights that don't need to be taken over
