We're seeking Casual Event staff - enthusiastic individuals with experience working at Events and Retail.

You will be part of the team delivering exceptional customer service to local and international visitors. We want people with a mature mind set who can cope with busy crowds, the needs of the public, be flexible and be a team player.

Ideally you will have already worked as:

• Event operations or Retail staff
• Customer Service staff
• Front of House and Ushering staff

You'll be entrusted with:

• Customer Service: Offering outstanding service, helping visitors with queries. You'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable visitor experiences.
• Wayfinding: Guiding guests through our exhibits and (event) activations, ensuring they navigate smoothly.
• Crowd and queue management: Safeguarding the well-being and comfort of our visitors
• Ticketing: Selling tickets and managing enquiries. This will be part of the role for some individuals, working together with experienced venue staff.
