The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio of landscape maintenance contracts across Sydney.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
• Manage contract performance, budgets, and reporting to meet commercial objectives.
• Work closely with operational teams and supervisors to ensure high-quality outcomes on-site.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow the portfolio.
• Collaborate with senior management and other divisions, including tree and environmental services, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The Role

• Building relationships with new and existing clients
• Managing crews and visiting various sites
• Problem solving and working autonomously
• Procuring new materials, equipment and resources
• Delegating tasks to your Team Leaders
• Working to strict schedules and budgeting
• Hiring new crew members

The Requirements

• Certificate III in Parks & Gardens OR Horticulture
• Diploma of Horticulture (Desired)
• 3-5 years experience as a Supervisor or Manager
• Account Managers or Contract Managers please apply!
• Experience managing commercial landscape maintenance contracts
• Drivers License
