- Level 4 pay: $28.86 per hour + superannuation + shift loading

About the Role
MSS Security is looking for a motivated and confident Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support a small team, and ensure the safety and security of our site in North Ryde. This is a hands-on leadership position where your experience and guidance will help maintain a safe, compliant, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 4-5 Security Officers on-site
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures
- Assist with rostering, shift planning, and incident reporting
- Liaise with site management and external stakeholders as needed
- Maintain a visible presence and support your team during day-to-day operations
What You'll Need
- Valid NSW Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Proven experience in security, preferably with supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude
