About the Role:

As a Visual Merchandiser at Miniso, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining attractive store displays that align with our brand image. Your work will enhance the overall shopping experience and drive sales by ensuring that products are presented in a way that is visually appealing, on-trend, and aligned with current promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Visual Standards – Implement Miniso’s merchandising guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and product launches with accuracy and consistency.Merchandising products, ensuring all merchandising meets Miniso’s standards, maintaining consistency across all stores.

Maintain Store Presentation – Conduct floor checks, ensure displays are tidy, stocked, and customer-ready, adjusting layouts as needed.

Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with store managers, operation teams, and other departments to plan and execute promotional displays and campaigns.

Coach and Guide Staff – Train and support team members on maintaining merchandising and presentation standards.

Provide Operational Support – Assist with stock flow, replenishment, store openings, refits, and promotional setups.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail industry.

Strong creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to translate trends into effective store displays.

A strong passion for visual merchandising with excellent attention to detail.

Good understanding of trends within the industry, Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
