About the role

Donut King Abury & Wodonga is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our thriving team in Lavington, NSW. As our Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional customer service within our dynamic café environment.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and motivating a team of customer service-focused baristas and retail staff

Ensuring efficient and effective store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety compliance

Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all our patrons

Communicating effectively with the business owner to identify and resolve any issues or concerns

Providing hands-on support and training to team members

Contributing to the development and implementation of store initiatives and promotions

Maintaining a food safety standards including a clean, organised, and well-presented store environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or retail industry

A well presented person with exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for creating a great customer experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team

Proficient in coffee making/barista, inventory management, and basic financial understanding

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
