Business Development Executive

We’re on the lookout for a motivated and self-driven Business Development Executive to nurture and build strategic relationships with existing and prospective clients. This role offers ongoing training, support, and clear opportunities for career growth as part of a dynamic, award-winning team.

The opportunity

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll work alongside Business Development Managers to develop new relationships, meet with clients face-to-face, and ensure seamless client handovers to Customer Success Managers and Internal Team.

Salary: $75 – 80k + Super + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Comms
Working Model: Field-based (local travel required)
Location: Perth and surrounding areas

🔧 The role:

• Identify, target, and develop new relationships with prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and new clients.
• Promote and educate clients on initiatives, procedures, and points of value and difference, promoting services and products.
• Log detailed activity, visits, and relevant commentary for accurate reporting.
• Manage new clients and ensure seamless handover to Partnership Success Managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

🎯 About you:

• Proven experience in face-to-face/field-based Sales, Account Management, or Business Development (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel locally (Essential).
• Strong ability to foster long-term relationships with customers/clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
• Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support team members.
