About the Role
We’re seeking a Facilities Service Coordinator to be the central link between clients, technicians, and the service team. You’ll handle a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure jobs run smoothly and customers receive outstanding service. This is a pivotal role where your organisation, problem-solving, and people skills will shine.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer enquiries, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met

Generate work orders, schedule and dispatch technicians, and keep clients updated

Maintain accurate records of jobs, client data, and notes in line with procedures

Manage invoicing and purchase orders, and assist with materials procurement

Support the Service Manager and provide guidance to Field Technicians when needed

Coordinate and maintain Field Technician calendars

Oversee contractor compliance management systems

Organise and record monthly Toolbox meetings, including taking minutes

What You’ll Bring

Strong communication and customer service skills, with a proactive and professional approach

Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (AroFlo experience highly regarded but not essential)

Solid knowledge of office procedures, systems, and record-keeping practices

Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and stay organised under pressure

High energy and adaptability, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment

Salary $78,000 to $88,000 (inclusive of Super)
