Your Role:

• Managing a portfolio of circa 160 properties
• Minimal out-of-office duties
• Exit condition reports
• Liaising with tenants, landlords
• Maintenance and repairs
• Preparing for and attending QCAT as required
• Ensuring compliance is up-to-date
• NO routines, NO leasing, NO trust accounting, and NO entries!

The Successful Candidate:

• 2+ years of Property Management experience
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
• Solid written & verbal communication skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Valid driver's license
