Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a tidy portfolio of 170 properties with a dedicated Assistant
• Handling maintenance
• Prepare CMA's & lease renewals
• Prepare and attend QCAT where required
• Manage arrears
• Conduct exit condition reports
• Upload rental listings online
• Tenant sign-ups
• Liaise with owners and tenants
• Administrative and out of office support

Skills and experience required for the role:

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
