What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management or real estate is highly desirable
• Proven experience using Console & IRE
• A confident, proactive candidate capable of handling a growing portfolio and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• QLD Real Estate Registration is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and trust
• Oversee the full tenancy lifecycle, including lease renewals, inspections, arrears management, dispute resolution, and compliance with legislation
• Provide guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their skills, improve performance, and contribute effectively to the team
• Take ownership of a growing property portfolio, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to maximize tenant retention and landlord satisfaction
