About the Roles

These hybrid positions offer a unique blend of administrative and client-facing responsibilities, providing exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate transactions and the opportunity to work closely with successful agents.

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Providing day-to-day support to agents and assisting with key sales tasks

Managing contracts, listing setup, and settlement coordination

Client communication and buyer follow-up

Preparing marketing materials, appraisal kits, and prospecting content

Managing social media accounts and online listings

Maintaining sales databases

Coordinating property viewings, open homes, and photoshoots

Scheduling and diary management

Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers, and tenants

What We're Looking For:

At least 6 months of experience in real estate or property administration

Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)

Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Strong communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Confidence working independently and within a team

A proactive attitude and genuine passion for the industry

Bonus: Interest or skills in photography, videography, or design
