The Role

We’re seeking someone who can confidently manage the front desk, provide an exceptional first impression for new members, and support our community of existing members.

Reception Hours:

Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Hours available: ~ 25 per week, with the potential to increase.
Start: Immediate.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting members and managing check-ins

Booking members into classes

Showing new members around the gym and supporting their onboarding

Answering calls, replying to emails, and processing payments

Handling till balancing and general admin duties

Supporting membership sales and upgrades/downgrades

Calling members as part of our community nurture program

Maintaining gym presentation - daily upkeep of reception, bathrooms, and training areas (restocking supplies, emptying bins, fridge restock, quick vacuum/mop as needed)

Helping build and maintain our awesome gym culture

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience in reception, admin, or customer service

Strong communication and people skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic attitude

Bonus but not a requirement: Experience with GymMaster (or other gym management software).
