We are a dynamic and growing social media agency, passionate about delivering excellent results for our clients. We are looking for a friendly and organised Junior Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (15 hours per week). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, has great communication skills, and wants to build experience in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Greet and assist visitors to the office.
Respond to email enquiries in a timely and friendly way.
Assist in scheduling and setting up meetings.
Provide general administrative support as required.
Report directly to the Operations Manager.
