We're looking for a motivated and reliable Trade Counter & Customer Service professional to join our friendly team in Truganina. This is an in-branch role where you'll support customers with product enquiries, process orders, and help deliver outstanding service – without the pressure of cold calling or chasing leads.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and at the counter
Preparing quotes and processing customer orders
Following up on quotes to close sales
Assisting with warehouse operations, including pick-packing, stocktakes, and shipping
Liaising with suppliers and working closely with the service and production team
Building strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing customers
What You'll Bring to the Role
✅ Must-Haves:
Previous experience in customer service
Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience required
A current driver's licence
Physically fit and able to safely lift up to 25kg
Full Australian working rights (permanent, full-time)
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
🌟 Nice to Have:
Experience in industries such as lifting, rigging, construction, hydraulics, transport or height safety
Background in internal sales or familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a bonus)

Tech Savvy person with experience using ERP.
Advanced level proficiency in ERP systems required
Highly organised and able to manage time effectively

Comfortable using computers and sales/logistics software
Professional, courteous, and easy to work with
