Viewscape is a progressive, Melbourne based, Australian owned manufacturing company employing over 120 staff. We manufacture quality custom made blinds, shutters and awnings which are distributed nationally to our trade customers.

We're looking for an individual to join our Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for our Reception and the welcoming and assisting of customers and visitors, as well as entering customer orders into our system with precision, applying technical product knowledge with a common-sense approach.

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience with window furnishings (highly desirable)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

The ability to provide strong product and technical support to customers after appropriate training

A commitment to providing excellent customer service

The ability to work full-time hours

Accurate computer order entry and basic computer skills, including a basic knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Word and Excel
