Our client is a premier global law firm with a market-leading Real Estate Finance practice in London and across Europe. With a network spanning the world and a reputation for top-tier deals, this firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Finance Senior Associate to join its group.

About the Role

• Lead and support a variety of real estate finance transactions, from investment/cash‑flow generating deals to development financings and back‑leverage/loan‑on‑loan structures.
• Act for both borrowers/sponsors and lenders, negotiating LMA-based documentation and coordinating multi-jurisdictional aspects.
• Handle elements of acquisition finance and general corporate lending, with exposure to restructuring/insolvency in the real estate sector.
• Work closely with partners and knowledge teams to deliver high-quality work and leverage technology to improve client service.
• Assist with business development and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate finance, ideally with exposure to acquisition finance and general corporate lending.
• Experience acting for both borrowers/sponsors.
• Strong technical drafting skills, commercial acumen and the ability to think practically to meet challenging transaction timetables.
• Common-sense “can-do” attitude, able to work independently while being a team player.
• Willingness to relocate to the UK; UK admission or willingness to seek admission (support provided).
