Our client is a mid-tier law firm in Adelaide, expanding its property team. They are seeking an Associate or Senior Assoicate with a property, construction and Infrastructure law background to join their growing practice. This role is ideal for a property lawyer looking to advance their career in a well-regarded Adelaide firm. You will work with corporations, SMEs, and property developers on matters such as:
Property development
Acquisitions and disposals
Leasing
Franchising
Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and due diligence
Contract advice
Major projects and property developer work
This position is perfect for a lawyer with 2 - 4+ years of PAE and/or a Senior Associate. You should:
Have experience in a well-regarded practice or in-house role, focusing on property or commercial law
Possess excellent attention to detail
Be confident, capable, and have strong interpersonal skills
Work well independently and as part of a team when needed
