Ideal candidates will have:

Previous real estate industry experience (minimum 12 months)

Experience managing a portfolio of 80-170 properties (for Property Manager roles)

Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Full Licence

Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail

Proficiency with Property Management software

A professional, friendly approach to client and colleague relationships

Current driver's licence
