Ground floor opportunity in an estblaished trade services business recently creating a new construciton division.

$90,000–$110,000 package (DOE) + potential company vehicle & fuel card

Optional 4-day work week (10-hour days) + RDOs

Overtime available (no expectation)

The role

Lead small–medium commercial projects and maintenance: plan the work, coordinate trades, communicate with clients—and jump on the tools when needed to keep things moving.

Key responsibilities

Read/interpret plans, specs and scopes; raise RFIs when required

Schedule trades, materials and inspections; manage access & program

Run toolbox talks, SWMS and site safety; maintain site diaries & QA

Client communication: set expectations, updates, milestones & handover

Manage small variations; close out defects to a high standard

On the tools as needed to support quality and timelines

Skills & experience

Qualified Carpenter (Cert III) with commercial experience

Proven site/project supervision on small–medium jobs

Confident reading plans and scheduling trades

White Card, open driver’s licence, basic tools

Nice to have: First Aid, EWP/Heights, QA/defecting experience
