Site Supervisor | Site Foreman - Tier 2 Commercial Builder

• Multiple Site Supervisors | Foreman (Structures & Finishes) required
• Apartment & Mixed-use Builds $50 – 150M
• $160 – 210K Inclusive

Background

Our client is a well-regarded Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Melbourne with an extensive workbook spanning Apartments, Mixed-use, Health & Sports projects between $50 – 150M in value.

To support their ongoing pipeline of projects, the business are now in the market to secure both structural & finishes foreman to start on a full-time basis over the coming 1 – 3 months.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of all daily site activities as well as on-site safety.
• Run the on-site budget and all trades until project completion.
• Manage the weekly programme and comply with business systems.
• Manage the activity of subcontractors and site labour.
• Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings.
• Consistently achieve and assist sub-contractors in their obligations to meet the highest quality of work.
• Support the Senior Site Manager when required.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience of successfully managing multiple areas of construction activity on projects on time, with high levels of safety and quality.
• Builds trusting collaborative relationships with the team, clients and stakeholders
• Will ideally come from a trade background or have a relevant 3rd level qualification.
• 5 Years + with a Tier 1 or 2 head contractors or large subcontractors
• Australian experience is a strong advantage.
