Due to consistent and sustained growth, the Partners have identified a need for a driven and liked minded junior to mid level lawyer to be part of this swiftly growing practice.

About You

You will be an ambitious Commercial Lawyer with a minimum of 2 year PAE and up to 4 years PAE, with a broad commercial background, including litigation experience.

You will work across a broad mix of commercial transactions and commercial litigation matters, gaining exposure to both front-end and dispute work. This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist firm and work directly with a highly regarded partner who provides hands-on mentorship and guidance.

You will enjoy working across an exciting range of commercial transactions, as well as commercial litigation matters.

Your work will include:

General commercial and corporate advice, including shareholder and unitholder agreements

Mergers and acquisitions for small to medium businesses

Sales and acquisitions of residential and commercial properties

Leasing (including retail leasing), acting for landlords and tenants

Loan and security documentation for lenders and borrowers

Advising not-for-profit organisations on structure, registration, and compliance

Wills and estates (drafting and administration)

On the disputes side, you will be involved in:

Franchise disputes

Estate litigation

Contract disputes

Shareholder and partnership disputes

Commercial lease disputes

Intellectual property disputes, including trademarks and licensing
