Ghost Group Pty Ltd operates a portfolio of restaurants across Sydney and Canberra and is undertaking a major rollout of the Scienter Destinity Integrated Restaurant Management Solution across all venues. Six additional restaurants are also scheduled to open in 2025–2026, which will be integrated with Scienter from day one.

About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist Consultant – Software Implementation & Financial Advisory with proven experience in Scienter Destinity systems to lead our rollout project.

This is a 6–8 week contract role to deliver the current rollout, with the potential for ongoing contract worksupporting future system rollouts as new venues open.

Responsibilities include:

Installing and configuring Scienter modules (POS, Inventory, Kitchen Display System, Management Dashboard).

Delivering structured training to Directors and five senior managers, ensuring leadership-level knowledge transfer.

Providing hands-on training to operational staff.

Advising management on integrating Scienter tools into financial forecasting, reporting, and operational strategies.

Supporting financial analysis, internal controls, and risk management as part of the rollout.

Conducting financial advisory reviews aligned with system capabilities to reduce reconciliation errors, prevent revenue leakage, and enhance profitability.

Troubleshooting, optimisation, and system-readiness support for upcoming new restaurant openings in 2025–2026.

Key Requirements

Formal certification and training in Scienter Destinity software modules (POS, Inventory, Web Dashboard, Finance).

Minimum 5+ years finance and hospitality operations experience.

Proven record of implementing Scienter or Oracle Hospitality Systems across multi-site operations.

Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic advisory in the hospitality sector.

Demonstrated ability to train and mentor senior management teams in operational and financial best practices.

Leadership in multi-site rollouts and change management.

Important Note

This role requires a unique combination of Scienter technical expertise and financial management experience.
