About The Role

As Elders effectively progresses through their internal digital transformation, they are seeking a Test Lead on a 15 month FTC, to support in delivering high-quality testing outcomes, streamlined project delivery, and robust system reliability. The Elders Test Lead will support the Test Manager in implementing testing best practices for the Enterprise Test Team. This role focuses on executing test plans, coordinating daily testing activities, and mentoring Test Analysts to ensure efficient delivery of the System Modernisation (SysMod) program. The Test Lead acts as a key liaison between the Test Manager and the Test Analysts, ensuring alignment with strategy, whilst resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Implementing test strategies and ensuring effective execution across sprints
• Managing daily testing activities (sprint testing, defect triage, regression testing) and refine scope with ERP Delivery Leads
• Overseeing test data setup, environments, and dependencies for Analysts and System Integrators
• Writing, execute, and optimise manual/automated test scripts while maintaining artefacts in Azure DevOps
• Supporting risk assessments, bug tracking, providing progress updates, and troubleshooting with Analysts
• Providing guidance to Analysts, fostering a collaborative team culture, and role modelling One Elders values
• Ensuring timely sprint outputs, project artefacts, and accurate reporting of testing progress and results
• Adhering to WHS policies, report hazards/incidents, complete safety modules, and actively promote safe practices

About you
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Experience in a hands-on test coordination/leadership role (automated & manual testing)
• Experience supporting major transformation or ERP rollout programs (e.g., Dynamics365 FinOps, CE and Commerce)
• Write and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Experience mentoring Test Analysts, troubleshooting issues, and reporting defects.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for test case/sprint management.
• Strong problem-solving and risk escalation skills.
• Experience with Selenium, Katalon Studios, Rest Assured, Postman or similar automation frameworks.
• Experience interacting and collaborating with System Integrators/vendors.
