Test Lead

Play a key leadership role in testing critical grant platform solutions used across government. This exciting opportunity supports the continuous improvement and quality delivery of services for a large, external-facing system with over 400 internal users. You’ll lead testing activities across multiple projects, mentor testers, and ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines — all while helping shape a strong quality culture.

Location: ACT (Remote working available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes aligned to project goals
• Lead a cross-functional team of manual and automation testers across multiple projects
• Support automation frameworks using tools like EasyRepro and MSTest (C#)
• Oversee execution of functional, regression, performance, and UAT testing

Key Selection Criteria:

• 7+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with test strategy development and test maturity uplift
• Experience in automation and integrating with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum, QA best practices, and stakeholder engagement
