✅ Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in support work

Certificate II or higher in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services

Must own a reliable car and hold a valid driver’s licence

Comfortable assisting with SCIG, insulin pump setup, and oxygen therapy

Must have the following current certifications/documents:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

National Police Check

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Working With Children Check (if applicable)

🗣️ Additional Considerations:

Must be legally entitled to work in Australia (citizens, residents, or valid visa holders)

Strong English communication skills are essential to meet client needs

A good understanding of Australian culture and values is highly regarded, as it helps support alignment with client expectations and preferences
