About the role

Guardian Building Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving sales to both new and existing clients. This full-time position requires on road visits in Sydney & Newcastle Metro.

What you'll be doing

Proactively prospecting and generating new business leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing campaigns

Managing and developing relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities

Preparing and presenting tailored sales proposals and pitches to potential clients

Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals within your designated territory

Collaborating with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery

Providing regular sales activity reports and contributing to the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role, ideally within the building services, facilities management or security industry

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools

A self-motivated, driven and resilient mindset
