About us
Copperhead Restaurant & Brewery not only brew our beers on-site, but we also prepare all our meals from scratch with the finest ingredients. The restaurant operates from Wednesdays to Sundays, lunch and dinner. Menus change seasonally with an emphasis on local fresh produce. We also have a regularly changing beer menu (all brewed by our team in house) of between 12 and 14 beers on tap along with an extensive cocktail and wine list. We pride ourselves on maintaining a delicous menu and friendly service.
Qualifications & experience
Experience with Pans, Grill and Frying and Deserts
Excellent meal presentation
Ability to learn new cooking techniques and menus
