At Phat Brew Club, we’re brewing more than just beer – we’re brewing a Culture of Good Times. We’re on the hunt for a driven and passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen crew full-time and grow with us as we expand.

The Role

Position: Full-Time Commis Chef

Location: Phat Brew Club, 102 Railway St, West Perth (next to City West Train Station)

Hours: 38–40 hours per week, including evenings & weekends

As a Commis Chef, you’ll be hands-on in all areas of the kitchen – from prep to plating – working closely with our Head Chef and team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our award-winning beers. This is the perfect role for a chef who wants to learn, level up, and be part of a fast-growing brewpub.

What You’ll Do

Assist senior chefs with daily prep and service

Maintain kitchen standards of quality, hygiene, and safety

Learn and master each section of the kitchen

Support with events, specials, and high-volume service

Bring energy, passion, and teamwork to every shift

Versatile across fryers, pans, and grills (bonus if you’ve got wood-fire experience)
