Moo Moo The Wine Bar + Grill Brisbane is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager.

Since opening the doors in 2005 Moo Moo The Wine Bar has won many awards and has been voted Queensland's Best Steak Restaurant.

Day to day duties will include supervision of staff and assisting the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring all practices and policies are followed and adhered to as well as assisting in working towards the continued success of the business.

Previous experience in restaurant management (minimum of 2 years)

Your daily duties may include the following:

Taking food and beverage orders
Serving of food and beverages
Preparing tables for service.
