About the role

Civil Construction Surveys' are seeking an experienced Concreter / Operator to join our team based in Dubbo, NSW. This full-time position will involve forming and Pouring Concrete, Steel fixing and Operate Excavators/Skidsteers to deliver high-quality concrete solutions for our diverse range of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Forming and pouring Concrete Structures, Footpaths, Kerb and Gutter, Dish Drains

Ensuring safe and efficient delivery of concrete to meet project timelines and requirements

Completing all necessary documentation and paperwork related to concrete deliveries

Performing routine maintenance and checks on equipment to keep it in optimal condition

Collaborating with the wider construction team to coordinate concrete pours and troubleshoot any issues

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations on site

What we're looking for

Several years' experience as a Concreter / Operator preferably in the construction industry

Strong working knowledge of concrete mixing, pumping and pouring processes

Proficient in the operation Plant machinery

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with the wider construction team

Commitment to workplace health and safety and environmental best practices

Current heavy vehicle and high-risk work licences (desirable)
