About the Role

As a Concrete Batching Trainee, you’ll be trained across all aspects of batching and plant operations, including:

Accurate batching and dispatching of concrete orders

Plant and yard management, including safety compliance

Truck scheduling and driver coordination

Customer service and administration duties

Hands-on training with Jonel & Archer batching systems

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with experienced operators and managers while developing strong technical and leadership skills.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are:

Willing to learn and motivated to grow into a skilled operator

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong in communication, organisation, and attention to detail

Safety-conscious and committed to compliance

Must be 18 years or over

Current driver's licence

Preferred (but not essential):

HR Truck Licence

Front-End Loader ticket

OHS Construction Induction
