As our project pipeline continues to grow, we’re looking for a dependable and experienced Remedial Tradesmen/Foreman to take charge of individual site projects from start to finish.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, reporting directly to your project manager. Your hands-on experience in concrete repair and preparation works and waterproofing will be essential to delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of a single remedial project

Working alongside trades and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Interpret plans and specifications

Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment

Liaise directly to project managers

About You:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in remedial construction, preferred in concrete repairs, and waterproofing

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (not essential)

White Card and relevant trade qualifications

Valid driver’s licence and own transport

A proactive, safety-focused attitude

Own tools preferably (not essential)
