About the Role

As a Concrete plant operator, you’ll be responsible for batching and dispatching concrete, overseeing daily plant operations, and supporting safe, efficient, and reliable service across our sites.

Key Duties

Accurately batch and dispatch concrete

Manage daily batching plant operations

Operate front-end loader and/or agitator (AGI) trucks

Allocate and schedule trucks effectively

Maintain yard and plant housekeeping

Receive, record and manage raw materials

Ensure compliance with safety, legislative and environmental requirements

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a concrete batcher

Competency with loaders or AGI trucks

HR or HC truck licence

Strong knowledge of the concrete industry

Solid customer service and communication skills

Safety-first attitude + good communication

Note: Pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol test) is required, with random testing ongoing.
