We’re a young company led by two passionate entrepreneurs who are determined to change how mobility products are sold and serviced in Australia. With our innovative Yoga range, we’re bringing fresh energy, bold ideas, and a customer-first approach to a sector that’s been slow to evolve.

We are an Australian-owned business dedicated to improving independence and quality of life for older Australians, NDIS participants, and their families. We currently operate two retail stores (Waterford West and Southport), with the third one to open in Tweed Heads soon.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be “just another marketer.” We’re looking for someone who’s excited to shape the brand, create campaigns that stand out, and help us become the go-to name in mobility products for OTs, physios, retirement villages, retailers, and end-users.

What you’ll be doing

Driving growth through the creation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs.

Spotting market opportunities through research and insights for both new and existing products.

Advising on the full marketing mix — from product positioning and pricing through to advertising, sales promotions and distribution.

Developing fresh, creative campaigns that break away from “same old” industry marketing.

Analysing data to refine strategies and maximise ROI.

Overall understanding of a range of digital marketing tools

Working with external vendors and agencies to bring bold ideas to life.

What we’re looking for

A marketer who’s equally comfortable thinking big and rolling up their sleeves.

Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies (health, retail, or consumer product background is a plus) - at least two years.

Creative flair with the ability to turn technical product info into engaging, human stories.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with the business.
