About the role

Looking for highly committed and experienced Support Workers to work in a high intensity program. High expectations, high rewards. Must have a strong level of commitment to the program, be able to pick up extra shifts frequently.

Our client needs experienced Support Workers who have experience in SPC Catheter, Self Injurious Behaviours, ASD, Restrictive Practises, Medication Administration, PRN Administration. All applicants will be required to submit documentation verifying their qualifications or provide professional references to confirm relevant experience. Our client requires high complex care from a team of skilled Disability Support Workers who will be willing to commit.

About You

To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek like-minded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.

In addition to our values, our support staff require Mandatory Experience and Compliance:

1 or more years' experience as a Disability Support Worker

Relevant qualification in Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or related industry.

Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities and mental health

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain).

Drivers Licence and fully insured vehicle.

NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

Willingness to work in Logan Reserve as well as travel to other locations

Minimum 6 months experience with SPC Catheter care

Minimum 6 months experience managing Self Injurious Behaviours

Practical experience with Restrictive Practices implementation

Minimum 6 months experience with PRN medication administration
