Intake & Onboarding Officer – Join Our Behaviour Support Team
Are you super organised, love meeting new people, and get a buzz from helping things run smoothly? We’re looking for a full-time, permanent Intake & Onboarding Officer to be the friendly first face of our Behaviour Support Team! Based at either our Morayfield or Eight Mile Plains office, you’ll support new clients through intake and onboarding, keep our processes and data sharp, and ensure everything is set up right from the start. Enjoy the chance to make a real impact in a supportive, purpose-driven team.
In this role, you’ll:
- Welcome new clients and guide them through intake and onboarding - including agreements, schedules, and the essential paperwork that gets services started.
- Work closely with our Behaviour Support Clinicians and Behaviour Support Manager to ensure everything is set up correctly from day one.
- Keep our processes sharp, our data accurate, and our documents up to date.
- Be the go-to person for helping clients, families, and stakeholders understand our services and how to access them.
- Support reports, audits, and business improvement projects that make life easier for the whole team.
It’s a mix of people skills, problem-solving, and behind-the-scenes organisational magic.

What we’re looking for:
· At least 2 years’ experience in business administration or a similar support role.
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
· Confident customer service skills - you’re approachable, professional, and a clear communicator.
· A problem-solving mindset and a collaborative team spirit.
· Bonus points if you have experience working in the NDIS space!
Requirements
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening(P) and Working with Children Check(P)-or willingness to obtain
- Applicants must have working rights in Australia.
