About the role:
Case Managers needed to undertake specialist case work and therapeutic intervention for children and young people, their families, carers. Within this role, you will work closely with the children and young people, carers and birth families to provide high quality and effective case management services within a therapeutic and trauma informed model.
Criteria:
Bachelors Degree in Community Services or relevant field.
Prior experience working with and providing case management services to at risk families or children/young people in out-of-home care and carers.
Demonstrated experience in trauma informed practice or a willingness to engage in training.
Full NSW driver’s License and current NSW WWCC
