About the Role

Prepare project takeoffs and schedules to a high standard

Generate Purchase Orders for different trades, ensuring precision and compliance with budgetary constraints

Procurement of materials from in house manufacturing facility/factory or third parties and prepare delivery programs

Monitor budgets, revise cost tracking for every project

Collaborate with on-site personnel to understand design specifications and installation requirements

Provide weekly reports and updates to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

5+ years experience in Construction-based roles, Shopfitting (hospitality fit-outs desirable) and joinery experience preferred and advantageous.

Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills

Proficiency in contract management and tendering processes

Strong construction knowledge from practical experience—able to spot potential issues before they arise.

Resourcefulness in finding cost-effective and practical solutions.

Client-focused mindset—excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Time management and ability to work across multiple projects
