Arena Tiles is a leading Tiling Business located at Warners Bay in the beautiful Lake Macquarie! Due to significant growth within the business, we are now on the lookout for a motivated and detail orientated Bookkeeper to join our team on a Part-Time basis, ideally working 3 days per week.

This will be an office-based role from our Head Office in Warners Bay, and you will be working alongside our other valued team members.

What you’ll do

· Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll

· Prepare BAS, GST, and other compliance reporting

· Maintain accurate financial records and ensure everything lines up

· Work closely with management to provide reporting and insights

· Assist with budgeting and cashflow tracking where required

What we’re looking for

· Proven bookkeeping experience (ideally 2+ years)

· Must have a solid understanding of Xero

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Great communication skills and the ability to work independently

· Knowledge of Australian tax compliance (BAS/GST, payroll, super)

· Must be able to work from our office in Warners Bay
