Technical Support Engineer - Dental Imaging Solutions

Our client is a leading manufacturer in dental imaging space. Their products have a strong reputation through the industry.

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be an integral part of the service team. You will provide customer and technician support across the full range of imaging equipment and software. Your role will involve troubleshooting, problem resolution predominantly over the phone or online.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our dental imaging solutions via phone, email, or remote assistance

Document and track support cases in a timely and accurate manner using a CRM system.

Conduct product training and knowledge sharing sessions with distributor companies and clients.

Ideally you will have:

Proven technical support experience, preferably within the dental or medical imaging equipment sector.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for ensuring high-quality service.
