The Organisation: Our client is a highly regarded not-for-profit organisation in the training and education sector. Their role is to strengthen industry leadership and engagement across Australia, through delivering outcomes that identify skills needs and the development and delivery of training packages.

The Role: Are you passionate about building a skilled workforce of the future? We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the design and delivery of projects that directly impact training, workforce planning, and the development of training products across nationally significant sectors. In this role, you will oversee complex projects that shape how training packages and workforce solutions are designed, tested, and rolled out. You’ll manage budgets, timelines, and risks while ensuring project outcomes meet industry, training provider, and learner needs.

Key focus areas will be on:

• Guiding projects through robust consultation and governance processes
• Piloting new approaches, and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborating with government, industry, and education stakeholders to drive improvements in workforce planning and ensure training solutions are fit for purpose and future-ready.

To succeed, you will bring proven expertise in delivering projects that involve training and workforce development, combined with strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Your ability to align project outcomes with strategic workforce needs, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and navigate the training system will be highly valued.

The Offer: A 3 mth contract role with an attractive FTE salary of circa $150K plus superannuation is on offer.
