Your New Role
You’ll take ownership of the site delivery on a landmark 29-level apartment project in Brisbane’s inner south. From basement through to façade and finishes, you’ll manage subcontractors, programming, safety, quality, and logistics. You’ll work closely with a Project Manager, CA team, and HSE Advisor to drive program outcomes and ensure the build is delivered to the highest standard.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on multi-residential or high-rise apartment projects in SEQ (20+ storeys)
• Strong technical knowledge across structures, services coordination, and finishes
• Excellent subcontractor management, short-term programming, and QA/QC capability
• A safety-first approach, with the ability to lead and mentor site teams
• Open Builders License (a must)
