360 are on the lookout for a skilled rope tech with glazing and maintenance experience.

What you'll be doing

Perform skilled rope access work to safely access and complete tasks at heights.

Undertake a variety of trade-based activities such as facade inspection, maintenance, repair, and installations

Operate specialist equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner (ACX, Floor crane, Winches)

Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

Working in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain detailed records and documentation as required (keep your logs up to date)

Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

What we're looking for

Recognised trade qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Glazing, Carpentry)

Experience working in Rope Access, with a proven track record of safe and efficient work delivery

Minimum 1-2 years of rope access experience required

Preferred IRATA level 2 / 3

IRATA Level 2 certification is the minimum requirement for this position

Strong working knowledge of rope access techniques, safety protocols, and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Current industry certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, Confined Spaces) would be highly regarded

Candidates of any work authorisation status will be considered for this position
