Position Starting Immediately – Service Technician / Tradesperson

ITH Bolting Technology is a global, family-owned and operated business, and a leading supplier in bolting technology. Our worldwide activities include the design, production, sales, and service of hydraulic bolt tensioning tools, hydraulic torque wrenches, electric, battery-run and pneumatic nut runners, as well as high-quality fasteners.

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on individual with some trade skills to join our team in Oakleigh South, Victoria. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with little to no travel required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect, test, service, maintain, and calibrate hydraulic bolt tensioning and torquing equipment

Receive and manage deliveries, including unloading, packing, and preparing outgoing shipments

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Accurately prepare service and maintenance reports

Work independently while following established procedures and instructions

Requirements

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Physically fit and confident using a variety of hand tools

Willing to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical

Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

Trade background or certified technical training (mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical experience an advantage but not essential)

Forklift licence

Current First Aid certification
