The Role: Junior Doctor Locum Recruitment Consultant
We’re on the hunt for a driven, relationship-focused sales consultant to take ownership of a growing desk focused on junior doctor locum placements. From your first call, you’ll be building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, solving workforce gaps across the country, and turning conversations into results.

This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales— ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and wants to see the direct rewards of their efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Building and managing a portfolio of junior doctor candidates

Partnering with hospitals and health services to understand locum needs

Matching the right doctors to the right short-term roles

Delivering a seamless experience to both clients and candidates

Negotiating rates, contracts, and availability

Hitting (and beating) your placement and revenue targets
