About the Role:

You will also get to support our growing public practice accounting division. The role will involve providing 360-degree recruitment consulting services for temporary and contract roles and will have autonomy for you to manage and develop your own client relationships. You will find extensive support you can leverage with great billing potential, which ultimately translates to better bonus potential for you. Key elements of this role will include:
- Business development and nurturing new client relationships
- Conducting in-depth face-to-face interviews
- Proactively sourcing high-calibre candidates
- Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels
- Being honest and transparent with clients and candidate

Your Background:
- Ideally 12 months of consistent experience working in white-collar temporary recruitment or a strong work ethic, passion to succeed, and an ability to back your outcomes or
- A proven passion for working with people, networking, and providing great customer service. This can include experiences across hospitality, credit control, retail, etc.
- Strong sales experience or sales mindset coupled with excellent negotiation skills
- You are resilient, a team player, and a confident communicator
